About me
I’m a senior product and design leader with experience building zero-to-one products and scaled systems in highly regulated environments.
Most recently, I was VP Product Design at Chase UK, where I worked across core banking, onboarding, lending, and design systems. My focus has been on problems where ambiguity, risk, and operational complexity are unavoidable and where good defaults, clear structure, and sound judgment matter more than surface-level polish.
My work sits at the intersection of product strategy, systems thinking, and execution. I’m particularly interested in how products behave over time, how they scale, how they fail, how teams maintain quality under pressure, and how early decisions compound at scale.
Across my career, I’ve worked closely with engineering, product, risk, legal, and operations partners. I’ve led initiatives that required navigating regulatory scrutiny, incomplete information, and rapidly evolving organisational context, while still delivering customer-facing outcomes safely and predictably.
Due to the nature of my work, many details are abstracted or simplified. I focus on articulating decision-making, trade-offs, and outcomes, rather than exposing sensitive internal artefacts.
I’m London-based and open to senior product and design leadership roles where systems thinking, clarity under uncertainty, and long-term product quality are valued.
